Door Dash is seeking a Merchant Success Manager to support and grow a focused book of ~75 SMB restaurant partners. You will drive outbound engagement, build long-term relationships, and help merchants maximize visibility, pricing, and product adoption on the platform.
You will hit KPIs with data-driven discussions, deliver QBRs, and work with internal teams to optimize revenue and retention. Flexibility for remote/onsite work with travel as needed is expected.
