Product Management Senior Advisor - Express Scripts

Position Summary

The Product Management Sr. Advisor leads strategic direction and analysis of key products within Supply Chain Products. Responsibilities include product management, product enhancement, coordination with cross‑functional partners, collaboration with the Cigna sales support team, and driving product growth. The role focuses on FTC compliance for DTC, incorporating Trump Rx and AI for lowest price, and expanding unfunded benefits for Medicare and commercial plans.

Close work with the member experience team ensures digital engagements provide pricing transparency and optionality.

• Think strategically to identify innovative ways to create value for the company.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to support sales, account management, and Express Scripts clients.
• Assist with product execution across all work streams.
• Analyze product data and provide actionable insights to drive initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of product execution, clinical and margin analysis.

• 4‑year undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, strategy, or healthcare services; product experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and ability to engage executives, clients, and cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach to resolve issues and deliver results.
• Experience in healthcare and/or PBM.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Annual salary range: 113,200–188,600

USD, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.
