• Develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast across short, mid, and long-term horizons for the UHT Dairy portfolio by category, channel, customer, and SKU where applicable,
• Execute the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP demand planning process and ensure one aligned demand plan across all stakeholders,
• Facilitate cross-functional forecasting meetings with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Finance to build consensus on a single forecast,
• Analyze historical sales, market trends, promotional activities, product launches, and business assumptions to continuously improve forecast quality,
• Challenge commercial assumptions by identifying risks, opportunities, and forecast deviations based on data and business insights,
• Translate supply constraints, commercial opportunities, and operational risks into the integrated demand plan,
• Identify demand gaps, potential service risks, excess inventory, and waste risks, and proactively drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders,
• Consolidate baseline, promotional, and innovation forecasts into a single operational demand plan,
• Monitor and improve Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and key demand planning KPIs through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives,
• Perform root cause analysis for forecast deviations and drive improvement actions,
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of master data and planning data in SAP IBP and related planning systems,
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Supply Planning to ensure a high service level,
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within Demand Planning processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline,
• 1–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Sales Forecasting, preferably within the FMCG industry,
• Experience in Dairy, Food, or other fast-moving consumer goods categories with short shelf-life products is an asset,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions,
• Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage,
• Experience with SAP or other planning systems is preferred,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Ability to influence and challenge cross-functional teams using data-driven insights,
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines,
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
