As a Senior Process & Change Manager
, you will play a key role in optimizing organizational processes and driving change initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving processes while ensuring that changes are implemented successfully and sustainably across the business.

You will lead system implementation projects and work closely with stakeholders across management, IT, and operational teams to ensure smooth transitions. You will translate strategic objectives into practical improvement initiatives and apply structured methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, to deliver results.

Additionally, you will:

• Support teams throughout change initiatives.
• Build engagement and stakeholder buy‑in across the organization.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions where required.
• Advise on process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

You are an experienced professional with a strong background in process optimization and change management. You have a proven ability to manage complex change initiatives and bring people along on the journey. You can operate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and translate strategic goals into practical actions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process management and change management.
• Proven experience leading system implementation projects.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, structured, and results‑oriented approach.
• Experience with in financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry is advantageous.
