You will partner with the Data Services agile team to drive end-to-end delivery by flexing across business analysis, backlog management, agile facilitation, and stakeholder communication.

Position Responsibilities

  • Own and actively manage the team backlog, including intake, refinement, prioritization, and readiness of work items.
  • Facilitate agile practices (e.g., stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning, retrospectives), adapting approaches based on team needs.
  • Keep developers focused and unblocked by clarifying requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional requirements, and supporting documentation.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and process improvements, stepping into project coordination or delivery roles when needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption, developing business cases to support these initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive adoption.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in relevant technologies and industry trends, providing thought leadership.
  • Work with the ePMO and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with all levels of the organization to design and implement changes in business processes and application practices.
  • Apply system analysis techniques, including interviewing resources to gather information and document requirements.
  • Act as a trusted application advisor for development initiatives by providing objective, practical insights.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive change.
  • Hands‑on experience working with agile teams, including backlog management and continuous delivery models (Kanban experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and the ability to adapt practices pragmatically.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize work in fast‑changing environments with competing demands.
  • Skilled at influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross‑functional teams.
  • Keen attention to detail, problem‑solving, and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience documenting processes and project methodology artifacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills) and experience with project management software and data visualization tools.
Compensation and Logistics
  • Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
