Overview

Sentara Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Specialists HH is hiring an Assistant Practice Manager in Norfolk, VA. The role is Monday-Friday, dayshift. The Assistant Practice Manager supports daily operations within the practice by providing supervision, performing administrative tasks, and managing functions to create an efficient work environment. The Assistant Practice Manager acts as lead during the Practice Manager’s absence, provides supervision and work assignments to staff, guides employee relations and staffing issues, processes timekeeping, and manages multiple projects as needed.

Norfolk, VA – First (Days) shift.

• Supervise daily practice operations.
• Perform administrative tasks and support overall practice management.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and staffing issues.
• Process timekeeping and other administrative functions.
• Manage multiple projects and assist with work assignments as required.

• High School Diploma (Required)

• Clerical experience: 3 years (Required)
• Relevant experience: 1 year (Required)
