About Reap
Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stable coins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin‑powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin‑enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross‑border payments. Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and Hash Key Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin‑enabled finance.
WhyReap
Reap is building the infrastructure layer for global card issuance, stablecoin‑native payments, and agentic finance. Our Product, Engineering & Design organisation is growing fast across multiple product lines — and we need someone who owns how it all runs. This is a strategic operator role, not a delivery coordinator. You will be the primary partner to the Head of Product, sitting at the intersection of strategy, operations and execution.
Your mandate is to help Product, Engineering & Design evolve into a disciplined operating model — one that can ship more, faster, with greater consistency — while keeping leadership aligned and the organisation unblocked.
We are an AI‑native company. This role is expected to use AI tools actively — not occasionally — to do the work faster and better. You won't be writing code, but you will be building automations, generating first drafts, running analyses, and designing workflows that make the organisation smarter. If you're not already using AI to work differently, this role isn't for you.
WhatYou’ll Own
- Planning cycles:
Lead quarterly and annual planning across all product divisions; turn leadership priorities into scoped initiatives with owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Own the ongoing grooming and tracking of the initiative backlog — ensuring every priority has a clear owner, defined scope, and visible progress, so nothing falls through the cracks. - Operating model:
Design and maintain how Product, Engineering & Design works — rituals, planning cadences, decision frameworks, intake and prioritisation, handoff design, and role clarity across functions. - Delivery frameworks:
Partner with leads across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Legal to define and ope rationalise engagement criteria, handoff thresholds, and role clarity — so every team knows when to pass work on, to whom, and what good looks like. - Business rhythms:
Build and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences for Product leadership — ensuring metrics are actionable, well‑defined, and tied to clear owners and follow‑up actions. - Cross‑functional execution:
Drive the highest‑stakes initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial and Legal; unblock, elevate, and close. - Communication:
Own how the organisation communicates its work — upward to leadership, laterally across functions, and outward to the company. - AI‑powered operations:
Identify where AI can eliminate manual work, improve decision quality, or accelerate execution — then build or commission the tooling to make it happen; govern AI workflows and reusable assets responsibly as they scale.
- 5+ years in a program management, chief of staff, solutions operations, or operating role embedded in a product or engineering organisation.
- Track record of owning an operating model — not just running projects, but designing how a team works.
- Able to move between strategy and execution: defining frameworks, writing narratives, building cadences, aligning stakeholders, and following through on details.
- Comfortable operating in technical environments; can work effectively with engineers and product managers without being a hands‑on coder.
- Actively uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) as a core part of how you work — for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and workflow design.
- Experience building or scaling reporting mechanisms, operating cadences, backlog…
