Position Type:
Permanent, Full‑Time

Position Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Solutions, you will manage interfaces and administer eligibility files for the group insurance business. You will perform daily tasks related to data loading and validation, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and use a process‑improvement approach to recommend and foster automation in tool development. Occasionally you will implement new autoloads or perform maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and perform administrative tasks independently.
  • Ensure tasks are completed promptly and thoroughly.
  • Validate changes and maintain smooth operation of systems (reporting, data, evaluations).
  • Update data in internal systems, including peer reviews.
  • Document and update administrative procedures and client requirements.
  • Suggest process enhancements and support automation of work methods.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional service.
  • Respond to client requests, track follow‑ups, and meet established timelines.
  • Identify gaps in quality and efficiency, and create client‑focused solutions.
  • Promote a continuous improvement approach.
Required Qualifications
  • Education:

    College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems.
  • Very good proficiency in Excel and Office Suite; ability to manipulate and organize data.
  • Knowledge of VBA/SQL interfaces and languages is an asset.
  • Expert ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate medium to high‑complexity data.
  • Able to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills.
  • Methodical organization of work and information to meet deadlines.
  • Full bilingualism in French and English;
    English proficiency required for collaboration with teams outside Québec.
