Capital One is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented leader to manage the Card Collateral Creation Pod for Card Delivery and own card delivery projects. This role is remote, with the requirement to live within a 100-mile radius of certain ZIP codes and to report in person when required.

Work-from-home location requirements: Candidates must live within a 100-mile radius of one of the following ZIP codes (excluding California) and report in person, when required, with at least 24 hours notice. • Be the Central Hub:
  Own the Card Delivery Collateral POD and serve as the primary liaison to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive Strategic Impact:
  Manage high-impact projects that increase efficiency, improve quality, and deliver on core business intent.
• Own the Details:
  Develop and communicate detailed instructions to external vendors and intent owners, acting as the final checkpoint for quality control.
• Solve Complex Problems:
  Resolve escalated complaints and supplier issues, proactively identifying, analyzing, and addressing feedback trends.
• Be an Agent of Change:
  Identify, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline operations and boost productivity.
• Lead and Empower:
  Provide essential leadership support to the team, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Communicate Effectively:
  Cascade information to stakeholders, considering diverse needs and perspectives before engaging in difficult conversations.
• Continuous Improvement Agenda:
  Identify and propose potential improvements within the scope of the role and across the broader team.
• Lead in a Project Manager role for flawless execution of LOB and RTE projects.
• Support personalization supplier relationships to drive on-time and flawless delivery.
• Support the order process with manufacturing of required paper/plastic projects.
• Transition projects successfully to BAU without interruption.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on personalization and manufacturing processes, understanding upstream and downstream impacts to suppliers.
• Proactive and creative problem solver.
• Excellent communication and people skills, both internally and externally.
• Partner with Product and Tech to support LOB projects and investments in in-house processes.
• Own project documentation and lead or participate in weekly project calls with suppliers, and set up and lead onsite project launches.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in third-party vendor management.
• At least 2 years of project or process management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in third-party vendor management.
• At least 3 years of project or process management experience.
• Business Process Management or Lean certification.

• Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
• Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot.
• Private network that is password-protected with ownership or line-of-site sight to every device.
• Internet service must be provided by cable or fiber ISP.
• Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Both hard-wire and Wi-Fi connections acceptable if speed and security requirements are met.

Salary
Salary ranges for this role in the specified locations are $98,900 – $112,900. The actual offer will be reflected in the offer letter.
