Overview
The Resilient Connectivity Products group is seeking an experienced program planning professional to support our Strategic Communications portfolio. The Program Planner will work collaboratively with scheduling SMEs, program managers, finance, contracts, and technical leads to develop, maintain, and evaluate performance against the Program Measurement Baseline (PMB). The role serves as a focal point for changes to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) during program execution, identifying mitigation plans and ensuring compliance with governmental and customer requirements.
Responsibilities- Creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements, demonstrating required cost and schedule integration.
- Assist with planning and cost estimation activities, performing analysis and preparing reports to ensure programs meet or exceed scheduled commitments.
- Prepare internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external contractual data requirements list (CDRL) submittals.
- Prepare schedules for all contract work, performing critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and other actionable schedule-related analysis.
- Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines.
Required
- University degree and minimum five years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum three years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Experience scheduling within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
- Experience or familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
Preferred
- Prior experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in planning, scheduling, and cost estimating activities.
- Experience with risk and opportunity management.
- Experience with Agile environments.
Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Salary reflects experience level and is subject to company considerations.
