Elevance Health is seeking a Compensation Operations Specialist to serve as a lead and SME for enterprise-wide compensation programs. The role combines in-office collaboration 1–2 days per week with flexibility for remote work and potential alternate locations within commuting distance.
You will partner with the COE to implement, audit, and optimize compensation processes, manage merit and bonus cycles, and support QIP initiatives while coaching team members to improve efficiency.
