OEM Compliance Manager Remote

Lead OEM compliance initiatives in a fully remote role with a partner company in Canada. Oversee automotive technology programs while ensuring dealer solutions meet OEM standards.

In this position, the OEM Compliance Manager will coordinate compliance activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You'll maintain program standards, manage documentation, and streamline operations. This role is pivotal for driving continuous improvements across the automotive landscape and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of OEM policies and compliance

• Coordinate activities with leadership and internal teams

• Collaborate with external OEM managers and partners

• Implement dealer website updates to meet program expectations

• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments

Requirements:

• 5+ years in customer service, operations, or compliance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Bilingual English/French proficiency is an asset
