Job Description

START A CAREER IN COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT WITHOUT PRIOR HOA EXPERIENCE! We seek positive and motivated professionals who want to make a complete career change to property and HOA community management. We do not require prior experience, as our own education company will provide you with an industry‑leading education foundation. The initial training will last one year, and you will become an industry expert within three years.

You will also have mentors assigned to provide real‑life support to advance your skill set. The education in community management will serve you well in future roles in our company or your external career progression.

Typical backgrounds may include retail, restaurants, hospitality, administrative roles, department managers, office management, operations and many more. Candidates should have 8 to 10 years of professional experience where proactive effort and decision‑making are required. Helpful skills include customer service, administration, communication, negotiations, conflict resolution, insurance, budgets, financials, legal matters, and vendor management. In this role you will develop these skills and more, building a solid foundation for general business matters and administration.
