Position SummaryThe Digital Commerce Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Boppy's digital commerce business across retailer and direct-to-consumer channels.
This position is responsible for executing and maintaining product data, catalog content, retailer compliance, Shopify operations, and intellectual property administration. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, IT, and external legal partners, this role helps ensure products, systems, and brand assets are accurate, compliant, and operationally ready across every selling channel.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working across multiple systems, and continuously improving the processes that support a growing omnichannel business.
Responsibilities- Manage product setup, catalog maintenance, and digital content across Shopify, retailer portals, SAP, and related systems.
- Support new retailer onboarding activities, product launches, content updates, pricing, assortment changes, and ongoing catalog accuracy.
- Monitor and resolve product listing, pricing, order, and data integrity issues across retailer, direct-to-consumer, and internal platforms and systems.
- Administer Shopify operations, including troubleshooting integrations and coordinating issue resolution with internal and external partners.
- Maintain retailer compliance documentation and coordinate required product information.
- Support trademark, copyright, patent, and brand protection activities, including monitoring online marketplaces and coordinating with legal counsel.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally to support digital commerce initiatives and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience supporting digital commerce, eCommerce operations, product information management, catalog management, or retail operations.
- Experience working with retailer platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, Walmart, Target, or similar eCommerce environments
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP, and/or Product Information Management (PIM) systems is preferred.
- Project management software such as or Smartsheet.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Intellectual property experience is a plus but is not required.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and improving business processes.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location:
Hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
