Hope Link Behavioral Health is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate responses to behavioral health emergencies across the Commonwealth via the state data platform.
You will work with PSAPs, mobile hubs, and call centers to ensure timely, safe dispatch of mobile teams; monitor the data platform and Microsoft Teams; and support public safety resources. This role offers meaningful work and comprehensive benefits with a Tuesday–Saturday shift and remote work.
