Position Summary
The Client Data Acquisition Representative plays a key role in supporting client data onboarding and ongoing data intake processes. This position partners closely with clients, vendors, and internal managers from Data Onboarding and Client Delivery to ensure data file requirements are clearly communicated, accurately set up, and delivered on time. In this role, you’ll build a strong understanding of Cedar Gate’s products, client data needs, and use cases to respond to vendor inquiries and support assigned accounts effectively.
The data you help manage enables our healthcare clients to apply value-based care (VBC) strategies that improve patient outcomes and drive better, more coordinated care.
- Communicate file status updates to internal teams to ensure visibility and progress on any issues
- Partner with Client Delivery and Data teams to resolve client or vendor‑related questions and issues
- Work directly with data vendors to ensure client data requirements are clearly understood and met
- Track data acquisition timelines to support on‑time implementation and production releases
- Identify and escalates risks or delays that may impact delivery timelines
- Document vendor interactions and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems and Salesforce
- Support file management processes, including follow‑up on missing or delayed files
- Coordinate vendor legal documentation and assist with related processes
- Contribute to process improvements related to vendor coordination and data workflows
- Provide professional, responsive support to clients and vendors
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with direct client relationship responsibilities
- Healthcare claims domain experience with solid knowledge of claims workflows
- Experience supporting clients or external partners, including understanding technical requirements and troubleshooting issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in software applications, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
United States – Remote/Home Based; or Burlington, MA (Boston) – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)

CompensationThe potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $42,700.00 - $.
