Product Manager

Kaizen Loyalty is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building loyalty and engagement platforms that drive measurable user behavior and business growth.

Operating across Istanbul and London, we work with leading brands such as Anadolu Efes, Ferrero, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola, reaching over 20 million users through our platforms.

We are looking for a Snr. Product Manager to join our team! This is an opportunity to own and drive product development for a B2B SaaS loyalty platform in an agile and remote work environment.

• Lead the product development process for our B2B SaaS loyalty platform, from problem definition to delivery and continuous improvement
• Translate business needs into clear product plans, priorities, and actionable next steps
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to support efficient execution
• Own and prioritize the product backlog by balancing business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
• Work closely with engineering teams on a daily basis, contributing not only to what should be built, but also to how solutions should be shaped and delivered
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, aligning stakeholders around feasible, high-impact solutions
• Lead integration-focused initiatives across CRM, POS, API, SDK, and other third-party systems connected to our platform
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across product and integration work streams
• Partner with design, engineering, QA, and commercial teams to build scalable and valuable product experiences
• Track product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Min. 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Business Analysis, or similar product roles within B2B SaaS environments
• Proven experience working on platform-based products that require complex third-party integrations such as CRM, POS, API, SDK, or similar systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business urgency, technical constraints, and delivery capacity across different teams
• A clear problem-solving mindset: able to define the real problem first, evaluate trade-offs, and build practical solutions within time and resource constraints
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies, especially Scrum
• Familiarity with collaboration and product delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is required; experience in loyalty, martech, commerce, CRM, or customer engagement platforms is a strong plus
• Fluency in English is required
