Standard Ecom, agence jeune spécialisée dans le CRM pour plus d'une trentaine de marques e‑commerce, propose un poste de CRM Manager en CDI en full remote. Vous piloterez les stratégies CRM sur Klaviyo et coordonnerez les calendriers éditoriaux pour nos clients.
Sous supervision du COO, vous serez chargé(e) de rédiger briefs pour designers et copywriters, de suivre les KPI et d'entretenir la relation client par reporting et appels récurrents.
