Easy Wedding is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the events operations team across the UAE, Seychelles, and Georgia. You will own end-to-end events, mentor a 2–10 person team, and build supplier relationships while maintaining exceptional client care.
You’ll manage budgets and KPIs, step in during high-stakes moments, and scale operations as we grow beyond 100 weddings per year, all while keeping personal touch and a purpose-driven culture.
