The Membership Coordinator performs data entry of membership information to maintain database(s) through custom software. Candidate would be responsible for accuracy, efficiency, and retrieval of processed data. Generate data reports as required.

The Membership Coordinator performs data entry of membership information to maintain database(s) through custom software. Candidate would be responsible for accuracy, efficiency, and retrieval of processed data. Generate data reports as required.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs data entry and process membership reports.
- Run month-end membership count reports.
- Accurately post member dues.
- Enter and revise member data.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and related data records.
- Review data for discrepancies; perform verification procedure using custom software in accordance with company process. Request clarification as needed and advise Supervisor of any data-related issues.
- Work closely with local board/associations to ensure accurate member records and timely payment of dues for all members in accordance with established deadlines.
- Correspond with boards/associations who have not met established deadlines.
- Monitor dues payments on a quarterly basis.
- Reconcile annual Convention deposits through third-party vendor.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Attend annual Triple Play Convention in Atlantic City in December.
- Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile business credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with data entry, including entering and maintaining data in a variety of specialized systems and formats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency and experience with learning management systems, databases, and standard office technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
