RTX is seeking a Program Manager to support the OTA PMO within the Contract Vehicle Center. This role offers front‑end business capture exposure and cross‑functional collaboration across RTX units.
You will manage day‑to‑day PMO operations, develop capture strategies, assist with proposals, coordinate with government customers and industry partners, and help ensure compliant, timely submissions.
Remote: US-based role with up to 20% travel; salary range 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
