The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator – HTF provides general support and transaction assistance such as managing and monitoring ongoing origination activity and sales enablement duties as assigned. Description SummaryThe Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator – HTF provides general support and transaction assistance such as managing and monitoring ongoing origination activity and sales enablement duties as assigned. This position works independently with clients and/or internal departments to ensure that transactions are completed accurately within a timely manner, as well as the company's interests are perfected and protected.
Duties And Responsibilities- Primary focus is to operate in a strong sales administration and operations support.
- Responsible for the entry of transaction data within designated front end system and review of transaction details, equipment cost, description and location, pricing, tax, and internal transaction parameters.
- Ensures financing packages are complete and accurate for funding and when appropriate, engaging in follow up activities with the client.
- Ensuring all documentation, system requirements and internal controls are satisfied for existing and new business.
- Maintain accordance with key departmental performance measurements and service level agreements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ years of related administrative support experience in the financial services industry
- Associate's degree
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client service orientation
- Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to deliver quality support with enthusiasm
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail on multiple, concurrent tasks
- Ability to multitask in a deadline driven fast paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to quickly learn additional systems/software
