Ethos is currently seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of four years in corporate development or M&A. In this fully remote role, you will focus on training an AI language model to create effective presentations and slide decks. Your expertise will guide the refinement of essential materials for board reviews, integration plans, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate training for AI on presentation tasks

• Produce detailed board approval decks

• Create and evaluate executive committee materials

• Perform synergy analyses and deal updates

• Manage pipeline review presentations effectively

Requirements:

• 4+ years in M&A or corporate development

• Demonstrated experience producing board materials

• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills

• Sharp attention to detail in written communication

• Flexible hours, 5-20 per week
