The Implementation Consultant I role on the Commercial team supports our small to mid‑size customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get up and running on Brex with guidance and structured support. As an initiator on the team, you’ll develop your product knowledge, sharpen your project management skills, and build the foundation for a career in implementation consulting.

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings by managing agendas, capturing notes, tracking action items, and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support customers in understanding their business needs and configuring Brex to address them, translating basic requirements into product configurations with guidance.
• Manage straightforward stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
• Assist with spend migrations and support end user adoption during deployment, helping customers feel confident and prepared for go‑live.
• Introduce integration concepts to customers, provide relevant guides for connecting Brex with external systems, and engage Technical Consultants for more complex integration or troubleshooting needs.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM, providing basic documentation to ensure continuity of the client relationship.
