Location: Kota Bandung
Oyster is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain. You will shape customer experiences, internal tools, and workflows enabling global talent employment with confidence and compliance.
You will drive discovery, set roadmaps, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and GTM teams. The role emphasizes AI/automation and data‑driven decision making to improve hiring and onboarding outcomes.
