Sales Enablement Manager (Remote in United States)
Remote in United States
About the jobTestlio is a remote, crowdsourced software testing platform. We help companies ship their apps faster and more confidently by giving them access to expert testers, real devices, and global coverage. For this specific role, we need a Sales Enablement Manager to build training that bridges the gap between what we do, how to sell it, and how sales teams use our tools.
Whywill you love this job?
- You get real autonomy: No micromanagement. You will translate product knowledge and tool workflows into a language that makes sense to a quota‑carrying seller in their day‑to‑day life.
- You’ll have a voice with leadership: You’ll talk directly with senior leadership, show them metrics of progress, and influence our go‑to‑market.
- Great Culture: Testlio is female‑founded and has a strong inclusive, purpose‑driven culture. You’ll help create exceptional digital experiences for customers while contributing to our freelance network.
- Remote Work: Our culture is built around remote work with systems that enable asynchronous teamwork across a fully remote and globally distributed team.
- Investment in You: Flexible paid time off, stock options, and a $300 annual learning stipend support your growth.
- Winning Business: Testlio is growing, profitable, and cash‑strong with a high NPS score and 4.7 rating on G2. Many clients spend $500K+ per year.
- Creating and delivering onboarding, ongoing training, and certification programs through an LMS.
- Getting on calls with senior leadership to discuss what’s working, what isn’t, and what the team needs next.
- Turning complex software testing concepts into plain English salespeople can use in client conversations.
- Tracking data and metrics around training modules to prove impact on learning and value.
- Teaching the sales team how to efficiently use tools like CRM so they’re integrated into their routine.
- Talking directly to frontline sellers to gather feedback, patch knowledge gaps, and update training resources.
- 6+ years of experience doing actual sales enablement in the tech/SaaS space—building real enablement programs, not just participating.
- True experience in instructional design for adult learners, understanding how adults retain information and building structured learning paths.
- Hands‑on familiarity with enablement tech, LMS platforms, and modern CRMs such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
- The ability to understand software development, engineering life cycles, or QA testing well enough to explain it simply.
- Comfort with numbers; ability to pull data to show how enablement programs affect seller readiness and ramp times.
- Clear Communication: Speak like a regular person, facilitate training naturally, and stand your ground in conversations with senior leadership.
- Seller‑Empathy: Respect the daily grind of quota‑carrying sellers, listen to frustrations, and build tools that solve real problems.
- Independent Driver: Don’t wait for permission—fix broken training or build new processes proactively.
- Grounded in Reality: Care about results and observable data, not fluff metrics.
- Adaptable: Handle shifting priorities or new features on short notice without fluster.
