Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational workflows and cross-departmental communication to drive efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators and proactively flag and resolve performance issues
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes and contract administration
• Prepare comprehensive operational reports, dashboards and presentations
• Support process improvement initiatives and project delivery
• Assist management with budget tracking, resource planning and scheduling

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations coordination or business operations experience
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple work streams in a remote environment
