Book Bub is looking for a motivated early-career Account Coordinator to provide key support to the publisher relations team, helping our account managers drive business and coordinate promotional campaigns for our big publisher partners (e.g. Penguin Random House, Harper Collins, and other major publishing houses!).

Here's an example of what someone can expect to accomplish in their first year:

• Assist Book Bub's account managers in submitting, scheduling, and coordinating our publisher partners' promotions with Book Bub
• Collaborate with Book Bub's editorial, production, and product teams to ensure publisher campaigns run smoothly and successfully
• Help account managers prepare reports, presentations, and pitches for client calls and meetings by conducting analysis, research, and other prep work as needed
• Support the account managers at industry conferences and in client meetings or phone calls
• Learn Book Bub's suite of marketing products thoroughly and understand how they can help our partners sell books
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the publishing marketplace and internalize our partners' pain points, needs, and goals

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $52,000 – $55,000 annually. The salary offer will be commensurate with experience, and will be adjusted within or around this range based on the candidate who ultimately joins our team. Total compensation also includes stock option awards and competitive benefit options including medical, dental, vision, 401k, generous paid parental leave, and take-what-you-need paid time off.

Our team has choose-where-you-work flexibility that allows you to choose a predominantly remote, hybrid, or in-office setup at our Cambridge, Massachusetts office. We'll help each team member figure out the work set up that's best for them, including WFH equipment or a dedicated desk space in our office. We value the health and safety of our people above all else, and our in-person work options will remain contingent on local safety guidelines and recommendations.

Most of our teams currently operate with a hybrid model, with some people working full- or part-time from the office, and some from home. We value and prioritize collaboration across mediums and spaces, and we invest in ensuring that meetings and other forms of collaboration are set up with equal access regardless of where you work.
