Position SummaryThis role requires someone who can help the leadership create and drive strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to get hands‑on with day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities- Assist leadership in leading expansion plans for the market and shaping service launch plans, coordinating with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams.
- Work with business owners and country managers to ensure world‑class operational standards in licensing, local exchange operations, products, and growth.
- Use data dashboards to refine user experience, monitor and report operating metrics, and proactively identify improvement areas with actionable plans.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams, leveraging region‑specific data and insights to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across product operations.
- 3+ years of proven success in a similar role (e.g., management consulting, operations at a high‑growth start‑up).
- Data‑focused:
Able to pull and analyze data, understand what data is needed, and scale analyses across the region. - Strong communicator:
Outstanding executive‑level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems and build business cases and quantitative models. - Entrepreneurship mentality:
Self‑starter who assumes risks and rewards of running an innovative sustainable operation. - Cross‑cultural interpersonal skills:
Able to build and manage strong relationships with team members, cross‑functional colleagues, and external partners. - Passion for crypto and digital assets, committed to changing an entire industry.
- Experience with high‑growth settings:
Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment.
