Join Bell’s innovative Customer Experience team as a Technical Product Manager I. Focus on enhancing digital connections through Conversational AI and Agile practices in a hybrid environment.
Your role will be crucial in transforming customer journeys ’ll take ownership of sprint backlogs, refine AI processes, and work closely with developers and designers. This position emphasizes collaboration and effective communication within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize the squad’s sprint backlog
• Design AI flows and manage dialogue in ecosystems
• Convert high-level Epics into detailed user stories
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies throughout sprints
• Ensure completed work meets defined acceptance criteria
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in Agile execution roles
• Proven experience in CCaaS and CCAIP
• Expertise in Conversational AI concepts
• Strong user story writing and mapping skills
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence tools
