Director of Product Partnerships

In this critical role within the Product organization, you will oversee all aspects of partnership strategy and business development. Your responsibilities encompass identifying new strategic partnerships and optimizing current relationships. This role demands expertise in contract negotiation, team leadership, and commercial optimization to enhance the overall value of partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute partnership strategy aligned with growth priorities

• Establish and manage contracts and commercial terms

• Analyze performance metrics and inform executive decision-making

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner execution

• Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to drive performance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or related fields

• 5+ years in people management and leadership

• Proven experience in negotiating complex agreements

• Strong financial acumen in P&L and pricing models

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
