In this analytical and multifaceted role, you will lead financial modeling, budgeting, and cross-functional strategies. Your impact will extend across teams, enhancing efforts in finance, operations, and people management as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial modeling and budgeting activities

• Drive analytical insights to evaluate performance

• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes

• Own IT provisioning and onboarding processes

• Coordinate semi-annual reviews and engagement surveys

Requirements:

• 2-4 years' experience in a high-slope role

• Strong analytical skills with model-building proficiency

• Execution-oriented with ownership mindset

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and cross-functional teams

• Authorized to work in Canada or the US
