Radiant Graph is seeking a QA and clinical oversight reviewer to audit call transcripts for safety, HIPAA compliance, and quality. You will flag risks, verify non-clinical scope, and provide actionable feedback to improve agent scripts and flows.
This is a contract-to-hire, 1099 start with remote, US-based hours (8–20 per week). You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to shape how voice agents handle health-related conversations while learning the agentic AI toolchain.
