UFred is seeking a dynamic Product Manager focused on student experience and academic products. With a background in product management or EdTech, you will manage the product roadmap, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.

Your role involves interpreting market data and student feedback to continuously improve online offerings and enhance learner experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product roadmap for online programs

• Analyze competitor offerings and market trends for insights

• Prepare business cases for new academic programs

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for product launch

• Define performance measures for assessing product effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, Master’s a plus

• Minimum three years in product management or related areas

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Familiarity with the Canadian post-secondary market
