What you’ll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to support timely project delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Assist with procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination
- Support financial processes such as job costing, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues
- Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/ERP tools
- Experience in the security, construction, or technology industry is a plus
The expected compensation range for this position is between $34 and $39 an hour, depending on experience.
