What You’llDo

The Senior Manageron Strive ’sPerformance Team will work cross-functionally tosupport data-driven decision-making,strategy development, and executionaround total cost of care(TCOC) reduction. This role works closely with clinical, financial,technology,and operational leaders toestablishgovernance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.

The candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative.

They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect ofidentifyingopportunities and designing solutions to advance the business.

Senior

Director,Operations.

The Day to Day
  • Build subject matterexpertiseinkeyreporting toolsand data sources that inform

    Strive’sperformance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’sleaders,identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.

    Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals.
  • Developstandards and processes that facilitate

    Strive’spriority and strategy setting.
  • SupportTCOCprocess and performance reviewswithregionalclinical and operational leaders.
  • Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive’s enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate execution across major work streams, including clinical model evolution, technology modernization, workforce transition, product and customer experience changes, and reporting and analytics modernization.
  • Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities.
  • Work with business owners toidentifyandvalidatevalue, performance,andgoalsfor new projects and investments.
  • Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Business travel may berequiredfor opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degreein business administration or relevant fields.
  • 5+ years ofrelevantexperience
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions
  • 2+ yearsofexperience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above
  • 2+ yearsofexperience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives
