BI & Analytics Intern: Dashboards, KPIs & Automation

• As part of our team, you design and implement BI dashboards to automate existing reporting processes
• You develop new operational KPIs and performance indicators to measure business results
• You collaborate closely with sales, product management and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business goals
• You support the sales team by delivering ad hoc analyses and data-driven insights to inform decision-making
• You implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy

• You have completed a Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions and macros)
• You are eager to learn and work with reporting and data visualization tools
• You are proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting tasks
• You communicate clearly and can work independently as well as in a team
• You have good command of English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
