Medix is seeking a Data Scientist for Healthcare Fraud Waste and Abuse on a remote contract-to-hire basis. This role starts contractually and is expected to convert to a full-time employee within 6 months, with US residency required.
You will build and deploy predictive models to identify anomalies in healthcare claims and financial data, develop data products, and design LLM-based solutions for claims handling and document understanding. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
