Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base (based on experience) + performance bonuses

As Production Manager, you'll lead daily operations, manage installer relationships, and ensure customers are delighted from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, and industry knowledge.

• Competitive salary: $60,000–$75,000, based on experience

• 2+ years of experience in flooring installation and/or production management preferred
• Strong communication skills, both by phone and in person
• Established industry contacts a plus
• Proficient in scheduling, planning, and workflow optimization
• Tech-savvy (Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, or similar tools)
• Proactive problem-solver with strong planning skills,
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident decision-making abilities
• Ability to visit active job sites and warehouse areas, including walking on uneven surfaces and occasional lifting
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Build and nurture lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Project Communication:
  Keep customers and installers informed with clear, timely updates on project timelines, start dates, and any immediate needs.

• Installer Recruitment & Vetting:
  Proactively source and evaluate installer talent.
• Installer & Vendor Management:
  Oversee relationships with installers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and dependable partnerships.
• Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving:
  Resolve conflicts, negotiate effectively, and troubleshoot challenges that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management:
  Organize and oversee product storage for efficient, orderly warehouse operations.
• On-Site Quality Control:
  Conduct regular job site visits to verify that work meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Product & Cost Management:
  Oversee product allocation and manage job costs efficiently.
• Documentation:
  Take before-and-after photos on every project to ensure accountability and quality.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Strive for 5-star ratings on every project through exceptional service and strong relationships.
