You will collaborate with the CCO and VP to plan for seasonal cycles, including AEP, Open Enrollment, and Lock-In, while building a data-driven sales performance function.
You will partner with Finance, Data, Marketing, and IT to forecast sales and implement dashboards, tools, and enablement to drive growth.
