Project Operations Coordinator - Remote

Growth this fast breaks companies that don't have someone holding the operation together. That's this role. You're the one who makes sure nothing a contract, a payment, a schedule, a customer call, falls through the cracks while everyone else is focused on the next job.

Every project touches five different people: the customer, the super in the field, a vendor, a subcontractor, and accounting. You're the one who makes sure all five are working off the same information at the same time.

• Turning signed contracts into scheduled, tracked, moving projects
• Keeping Acculynx current enough that anyone on the team can trust it at a glance
• Chasing down materials, backorders, and delivery timelines before they become customer conversations
• Collecting payments on schedule and keeping the numbers clean
• Being the person project managers call first when something needs to move

• 2+ years in project coordination, construction admin, or customer-facing operations
• The kind of organization that holds up under five moving projects, not one
• Direct, clear communication with customers and with crews
• Comfort in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems;
  Acculynx experience is a strong plus

• $25-$28/hr
