Business Analyst

We are a New York-based software development and technical strategy company that’s growing fast and looking for experienced a Business Analyst based in the Philippines. Work schedule is based on US business hours (shifts: 6am-3pm ET, 9am-6pm ET).

This is a long-term, full-time, work-from-home/anywhere opportunity with competitive salary, 13th month pay, milestone bonuses, and a host of other benefits.

• Communicate with clients and gather business insights through stakeholder interviews and surveys.
• Analyze business requirements and expectations for feature elaboration.
• Organize requirements into clear acceptance criteria for development.
• Coordinate with the technical team to align expectations and clarify requirements.
• Validate requirements with relevant collaborators prior to development.
• Assist the project manager during product roadmap planning.
• Conduct feature testing and confirm functionalities as according to business expectations.
• Provide functional walkthroughs to stakeholders for acceptance.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and translate them into workable insights
• Strong management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to probe the right questions from different stakeholders
• Adaptable and able to study complex systems and a wide range of platforms
