PMO Governance Analyst Remote/Hybrid Working with 2 days in Preston, Lancashire Home working contracts will be considered for candidates living 50 miles from our offices in Preston £30k £40k DOE 37 hours a week A glance at the role:
We're looking for a talented PMO Governance Analyst to join our Change Team and help drive effective governance, smarter decision-making and successful project delivery. Working at Portfolio Level, in this role, you will support the governance and assurance of Change, to ensure the right projects are being prioritised, and then executed following a Change Delivery Framework. Working closely with project teams and other stakeholders, you will provide insights through data analysis, support effective reporting and identify risks and themes at Portfolio Level as well as opportunities to improve delivery.

Change Governance
- Co-ordinate the completion & review of Change Impact Assessments ready for the Change Forum.

- Support preparation for Change Governance Forums (agenda packs, minutes).

- Track actions and follow up with stakeholders.

- Monitor and maintain the Change Team central inbox. Change Assurance
- Maintain templates and documentation.

- Check project data for quality and completeness (with guidance).

- Ensure Small Changes have documented test execution in the agreed format.

- Review risks & issues, looking for themes across projects that should be addressed at Portfolio Level. Identify dependencies or constraints across projects and small changes. Insights, Reporting & Communications
- Analyse project data and help turn it into clear, actionable insights.

- Produce standard reports and dashboards.

- Highlight issues or inconsistencies in data.

- Support the project teams to issue communications in a consistent format to Stakeholders about projects at key points in the delivery lifecycle.

- Produce regular updates about the Small Change backlog and delivery. System Administration
- Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of PMO systems and processes (Change team SharePoint sites & Intranet page, Change Dev Ops Boards, and a new Portfolio Management tool). What we need from you:

- Able to manage own workload effectively to deliver outputs on time and juggle priorities.

- A willingness to learn and adapt.

- Comfortable working with data (Excel-level expected).

- Good attention to detail, with the ability to write clear communications and reports (in Word, Excel or PowerPoint).
