About us
We are an e‑commerce business that owns several brands and sells primarily on Amazon (EU, UK, US, CA, JP), alongside other marketplaces. Our brands span the arts and crafts and bed linen segments. We design, source, and ship a growing range of products to customers worldwide, and we run a lean, international team of 10 people across Europe and Asia.
We are now hiring a Manager, based in Singapore, to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations and lead our regional team.
The RoleThis is a hands‑on leadership role with full ownership of the operational engine behind our marketplace business. You will run supply chain, manage account health, oversee listing quality and brand content, direct our creative and off‑Amazon output, and keep a small in‑house team and a network of external partners moving in the same direction. You will own clear KPIs and have the autonomy to hit them.
Whatyou'll do Supply Chain and operations
KPIs: lead time, out‑of‑stock rate, shipping cost
- Lead two supply chain coordinators, balancing delegation and direction with quality control and checking
- Review and challenge supplier order estimations to keep inventory and cash efficient
- Maintain strong, productive relationships with overseas suppliers
- Oversee third‑party product inspections and act on the findings
- Ensure products meet applicable regulatory and quality requirements
KPI: account health, zero suspensions
- Own account health across all marketplaces and keep supporting documentation complete and current
- Handle and resolve Amazon cases promptly and thoroughly
KPIs: conversion rate, click‑through rate
- Lead a listing specialist, directing and controlling the work
- Oversee infographics on listings
- Ensure every listing carries correct product information, dimensions, and the right category
- Partner with the SEO function on new listing creation
- Review A+ brand content for quality and correct translation, and drive ongoing content improvements
- Manage store design, ensuring all products and new variations are included, and handling seasonal changes
- Direct product imagery decisions, including image ordering and identifying shots that can be improved
- Proven experience leading e‑commerce operations, ideally with Amazon marketplaces across multiple regions
- A track record of managing both internal people and external partners across time zones
- Strong command of supply chain fundamentals: lead times, inventory planning and cost control
- Comfort owning account health and resolving marketplace issues end to end
- Sharp eye for listing quality, brand content, conversion, and product data accuracy
- Organised, decisive, and comfortable holding others accountable to clear KPIs
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- . Existing right to work in Singapore
- Experience with marketplace regulatory compliance (EPR, packaging, product chemical requirements)
- Experience working with manufacturing suppliers in Asia
- Business proficiency in Chinese (Simplified or Traditional)
We work on trust and results. There is no time tracking and no fixed office hours: you get clear tasks and responsibilities, and you organize your own day around them. Since our management is based in Europe, we do ask that you are generally reachable until 18:30 Singapore time on weekdays, which gives us a few hours of overlap.

- Monthly salary of S $5,650–7,250 plus a performance bonus
