We're looking for a well-rounded Product Manager who owns outcomes, not just roadmaps. You'll takeon strategically important initiatives end-to-end, from market and customer insight through launch anditeration, with minimal oversight and real accountability for results You'll develop deep platform expertise in Hypori, using that depth to make sharper tradeoffs, unblock engineering, and earn credibility with customers. This role suits someone equally comfortable setting direction in ambiguous situations and getting hands-on with technical details, data, and execution.
WhatYou'll Own
- Lead product initiatives end to end, from definition through launch, with minimal oversight. You own the outcome, not just the roadmap.
- Set the product vision and roadmap for your area based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities, and adjust course as new evidence comes in.
- Build real working knowledge of the Hypori platform, including web applications and microservices, so you can make confident tradeoffs and unblock engineering without waiting on others.
- Define the metrics that matter for your area and use data to decide what to build next, for example prioritizing the roadmap based on churn or adoption data rather than the loudest request.
- Run user research and competitive analysis, and use it to make a call, not just to write a report.
- Align Security, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership around your roadmap, and manage senior stakeholders through competing priorities.
- Own the full product lifecycle for your area: requirements, prioritization, release planning, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Balance what you want to build against what engineering can deliver to set realistic, well-sequenced schedules.
- Equip customers, sales, and support with the content they need to understand and sell what you've built, and support sales directly on deals when it counts.
- 5+ years in Product Management, with a track record of owning initiatives end to end and being accountable for the outcome.
- Product sense: you can decide what to build and why, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical tradeoffs (build vs. buy, for example) even without complete information.
- Comfort leading a high-impact, ambiguous project to completion without a ready-made playbook.
- Working fluency with data: you can define metrics, read the signal, and use it to justify a product decision.
- Experience building always-on SaaS enterprise software.
- A track record of getting results in a matrixed organization, working closely with engineering without direct authority.
- You've built genuine depth in a technical platform, not just its roadmap but how it works, and used that depth as a real advantage with engineering and customers.
- You default to data and evidence over opinion, but you're not paralyzed without perfect information.
- You're a self-starter who creates momentum rather than waiting for it.
- You can translate technical capability into customer value, and back again: turning application needs into product requirements, and product benefits into a message the market understands.
- Also expected: hands-on experience with wireframes or mockups (Figma or similar), strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience.
- This role requires up to 10% travel. As with all roles at Hypori, you'll be expected to follow our secure development policies and best practices for protecting intellectual property, user data, and…
