Management Trainee

This is a remote position.

You would be focusing on bringing this vision into reality, through the establishment of enablers and mechanisms to drive cultural transformation. In this role, you work on a variety of fast-paced projects spanning a variety of organizational functions including, Marketing, organizational competency & people readiness, Sales, Alliances, International Expansion, Risk Management, Incubation Teams etc.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO, Founders and the Leadership team. The role offers both a big picture strategic view while gaining hands on experience in operational execution. The CEO's Special Projects Team provides a platform for accelerated career development for individuals prepared to embrace the future. Additionally, they have the opportunity to join Minfy's FOLD (Forum of Leadership Development) program.
