Key Responsibilities- Order Management:
Accurately enter and manage customer orders and communications in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Customer & Employee Support:
Respond promptly to calls, triage needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective follow-up. - Staffing Coordination:
Match qualified field staff with customer requests, ensuring the best fit for both parties. - Payroll Assistance:
Review staff timesheets and pre-billing reports to support payroll activities. - Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all company, customer, and employee information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in administrative support, scheduling, or customer service; human services or healthcare background is a plus.
- A passion for helping others and contributing to a team-oriented culture.
