Senior​/Lead Online Enrollment Specialist

• The Senior/Lead Online Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in helping lead the team’s success, in addition to setting up and renewing groups on all key benefit platforms such as PRO Apply, Ease, and Employee Navigator.
• Under minimal supervision, works in collaboration with our broker partners and internal departments to facilitate a seamless enrollment process for clients utilizing these online platforms.
• Senior/Lead Online Enrollment Specialist will have the ability to perform all job functions and help lead the team, providing build assistance, mentorship, and training support.
• Build out employee benefit plans and rules for new and renewing groups on the PRO Apply, Ease, and Employee Navigator benefit platforms.
• Maintain a broker first approach, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Operate internal and external systems/platforms to obtain and extract information and documents for enrollments, reporting, and tracking.
• Participate in training, cross-functional projects, and initiatives aimed at improving team performance and service delivery.
• Identify topics and assists with preparing materials for training and other presentations at departmental staff meetings.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits products such as group health, dental, vision, life, and worksite is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and a combination of PRO Apply, Ease and/or EE Navigator platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Adept at managing high workloads and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates expertise in managing employee benefit plans and utilizing platforms such as PRO Apply, Ease, and Employee Navigator. Strong focus on customer service, relationship building, and effective communication to ensure seamless enrollment processes.
