Accountabilities- Independently manage operational and analytical activities from defining objectives through execution, monitoring, and measuring results.
- Analyze reports, statistics, and partner performance indicators to identify cost‑optimization opportunities and improvement areas.
- Develop and implement cost‑optimization strategies in collaboration with internal teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage and support partner‑related activities through CRM systems, including handling complex and non‑standard requests.
- Improve partner management processes, tools, reporting structures, documentation, and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared efficiency and optimization goals.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve operational performance.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Professional experience in cost optimization, operations management, business analysis, partner management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, reports, and performance metrics.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvement or efficiency initiatives.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and general computer tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high‑quality results.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities in a remote and international environment.
- Ability to find practical and professional solutions across different business scenarios.
- Language proficiency:
- English: B2+ level.
