As an Injury Management Specialist at DMI, you will enhance client relationships while guiding employers through effective claims processes. In this remote role, you will focus on promoting early return to work strategies and developing comprehensive Stay at/Return to Work programs. Utilizing your communication and analytical skills, you will manage an optimal caseload while ensuring compliance with WCB regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively evaluate claims and coordinate employer support
• Communicate with workers within 24 hours of reported injuries
• Prepare and submit lost time injury documentation
• Develop return to work plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor ongoing claims and provide updates to clients
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in customer service or related field
• Post-secondary education in HR, psychology, or similar
• Understanding of WCB policies is an asset
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
Drive efficient management of workers' compensation claims, ensuring a focus on employee well-being and effective business partnerships.
